Orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be charged original shipping plus return shipping charges.

Orders that include special services such as NAMEPLATES or EMBRIODERY work will ship at the time those services are completed – unless otherwise directed by the customer in the Special Instruction section when ordering.

Orders are shipped with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED unless specified by customer in the Special Instructions section when ordering.

Overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless customer requests Saturday delivery in the Special Instructions section. An additional fee will apply.

If an item doesn't fit or you don't like it, return it unaltered and unused within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange the item, or refund your money via credit card or company check.
